Dirty Work is proud to announce their support of West, Texas through the Isaac’s Laughter “Cruisin for West 2013” car show.
On April 17, 2013, a fertilizer plant with an unreported and enormous stockpile of explosive ammonium nitrate blew up, devastating the town. Fourteen people were killed and hundreds of others were injured. 150 homes were destroyed and their residents were left homeless.
In addition to this, the City of West is now facing $17 million in damage to the city’s roads, pipes and sewage system and will need at least $86 million to rebuild its schools.
100% of donations and entry fees from the “Cruisin for West 2013” classic car show will go to aiding the residents of West.
The show will take place on August 3, 3013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the Westfest property at 205 Tokio Road and South Regan Street. It’ll include food, vendors and entertainment. It’s free to the public but donations are greatly appreciated!
